Gas Supply Agreement means the agreement between KMGA and MMGA for the long-term supply of Gas to be delivered to the Project Participants, which is substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto; provided, however, the parties agree the fully executed Gas Supply Agreement will be added as Exhibit C to this Agreement after execution.
