Gas Purchase Contract definition

Gas Purchase Contract means that certain natural gas purchase/sale agreement in place between Customer and Supplier, as it may be amended from time to time, for the purchase of gas at the Receipt Point.

Gas Purchase Contract means any contract under which natural gas is sold within the state of Kansas (1) to any person for resale by such person or (2) to any person for use by such person, but shall not be deemed to include rate schedules, contracts or service agreements under which natural gas is sold (i) by a natural gas public utility as defined in K.S.A. 66-104, either to a person for use by such person or to a person for resale by such person, which sale is subject to the regulatory jurisdiction of the commission, or (ii) to the ultimate consumers by other persons which are local distribution companies.

Gas Purchase Contract means a contract between a Tendering User and National Grid Gas under which the Tendering User agrees to sell a quantity of gas to National Grid Gas in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3 and the other provisions of these Gas Procurement Tender Terms and the other Tender Documents;
