Gas Facilities definition

Gas Facilities means Grantee’s gas transmission, storage and distribution facilities, including pipes, pipe lines, mains, laterals, conduits, feeders, regulators, reducing and regulating stations, meters, fixtures, connections and all attachments, appurtenances, and all accessories necessary and incidental thereto located within City properties or within the City Limits, whether the facilities are located above or below the ground.
Gas Facilities means underground pipelines, pipes, hand/man holes, ducts, conduits, Communication Facilities, and all related above-ground and underground facilities, appurtenances, and equipment located on the Buyer Property, and/or which NYSEG may reasonably require now and from time to time on the Buyer Property for the transmission and/or distribution of natural and/or manufactured gas and for communications purposes, for public or private use, including those facilities identified on Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Gas Facilities means the Gas Production Facilities, the Processing Plant, the Pipeline and the Wazo Hill Lateral, all as more particularly described in the Gas Agreement.

More Definitions of Gas Facilities

Gas Facilities means pipes, mains, regulators, and other facilities owned or operated by Company for the purpose of providing gas service for public use.
Gas Facilities has the meaning set forth in the Project Certificate. All $58,700,000 of the proceeds of the Series A Bonds and $28,620,000 of the proceeds of the Series B Bonds shall be deemed to have refinanced the Gas Facilities.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;
