Gaming Segment definition

Gaming Segment means the former gaming segment (as "segment" is used in Regulation S-K and Regulation S-X of the Securities and Exchange Commission) of the Borrower which, prior to December 31, 1998, was comprised of assets and operations now principally owned and conducted by Park Place.
Gaming Segment means the gaming segment (as "segment" is used in Regulation S-K and Regulation S-X of the Securities and Exchange Commission) of Hilton which, prior to the Effective Date, was comprised of assets and operations owned and conducted by Borrower and its Subsidiaries following the Effective Date. "GCI Lakes, Inc." means GCI Lakes, Inc., a Minnesota corporation.
Gaming Segment means the gaming segment (as "segment" is used in Regulation S-K and Regulation S-X of the Securities and Exchange Commission) of Hilton which, prior to December 31, 1998, was comprised of assets and operations owned and conducted by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries following December 31, 1998.

  • Gaming Facility means any gaming establishment, facility and other property or assets ancillary or related thereto or used in connection therewith, including, without limitation, any casinos, hotels, resorts, theaters, parking facilities, timeshare operations, retail shops, restaurants, other buildings, land, golf courses and other recreation and entertainment facilities, marinas, vessels and related equipment.

  • Gaming device means any equipment or mechanical, electromechanical, or

  • Gaming means that term as defined in section 2 of the Michigan gaming control and revenue act, 1996 IL 1, MCL 432.202.

  • Lottery or “state lottery” means the lottery created pursuant to this act and operated exclusively by or under the exclusive control of the bureau of state lottery.

  • Restaurant means a business location:

  • Resort Site means that part of Burswood Island as is shown bordered red on Lands and Surveys Miscellaneous Plan 1512 but does not include the Site;

  • Digital Assets means electronic files for which a fee has been paid that are downloaded and stored on home electronic equipment, computers or mobile phones. “Digital assets” does not include downloaded files pertaining to “your” “business”.

  • Alcoholic beverages means beverages that are suitable for human consumption and contain one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume.
