Gaming Regulatory Authority definition

Gaming Regulatory Authority means any authority wherever located (whether a government department, independent body established by legislation, a self-regulating organisation, court, tribunal, commission, board, committee or otherwise) vested with responsibility (with or without another or others) for the conduct of any betting, gaming or lottery activity;
Gaming Regulatory Authority means any agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any nature whatsoever of the United States or foreign government, any state, province or any city or other political subdivision, whether now or hereafter existing, or any officer or official thereof, including, without limitation, any division of the Authority or any other agency with authority to regulate any gaming operation (or proposed gaming operation) owned, managed or operated by the Tribe or the Authority.

Gaming Regulatory Authority means the independent agency established herein and designated with responsibility for performing the Band’s regulatory responsibilities and duties under IGRA, this title, and any Compacts.
