Gambling means that a person stakes or risks something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance or a future contingent event not under the control or influence of the person, upon an agreement or understanding that the person or someone else will receive something of value in the event of a certain outcome.
Gaming means that term as defined in section 2 of the Michigan gaming control and revenue act, 1996 IL 1, MCL 432.202.
Lottery or “state lottery” means the lottery created pursuant to this act and operated exclusively by or under the exclusive control of the bureau of state lottery.
Gaming device means any equipment or mechanical, electromechanical, or
Gaming Facility means any gaming or parimutuel wagering establishment and other property or assets directly ancillary thereto or directly used in connection therewith, including any building, restaurant, hotel, theater, parking facilities, retail shops, land, and other recreation and entertainment facilities and equipment, owned or operated by the Company or its Subsidiaries.
Gaming License means any license, qualification, franchise, accreditation, approval, registration, permit, finding of suitability or other authorization of a Gaming Authority relating to gaming, the gaming business, the ownership of Gaming Equipment, or the operation of a casino under the Gaming Laws or required by the Gaming Authorities, in each case, which are necessary or appropriate for the ownership and/or operation of the casino gaming operations at the Property, including the lease of the Property to CPLV Tenant for the gaming activities at the Property and the Management Agreement or Replacement Management Agreement, as applicable.
Gaming Machines Act means the Gaming Machines Act 2001 and any regulation made under the Gaming Machines Act 2001. Any reference to a provision of the Gaming Machines Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Gaming Machines Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.
Gaming Licenses means all licenses, permits, approvals, authorizations, certificates, registrations, findings of suitability, franchises and entitlements issued by any Gaming Authority necessary for or relating to the conduct of Gaming or Gaming activities or operations or the ownership of an interest in an entity that conducts Gaming or Gaming activities or operations.
Alcoholic means a person in a state of dependency resulting from excessive or prolonged consumption of alcoholic beverages as defined in Iowa Code section 125.2.
Gaming Authorities means any foreign, federal, state or local governmental entity or authority, or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, court or instrumentality thereof, regulating gaming activities or related activities.
FCC Regulations means the regulations duly and lawfully promulgated by the FCC, as in effect from time to time.
Gaming Authority means those national, state, local and other governmental, regulatory and administrative authorities, agencies, boards, commissions and officials responsible for or involved in the regulation and control of Gaming or Gaming activities or operations in any jurisdiction.
Radio Regulations means the Radio Regulations annexed to, or regarded as being annexed to, the most recent International Telecommunication Convention which may be in force at any time.
Retail Marijuana means all parts of the plant of the genus cannabis whether growing or not, the seeds thereof, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or its resin, including but not limited to Retail Marijuana Concentrate, that is cultivated, manufactured, distributed, or sold by a licensed Retail Marijuana Business. “Retail Marijuana” does not include industrial hemp, nor does it include fiber produced from stalks, oil, or cake made from the seeds of the plant, sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination, or the weight of any other Ingredient combined with marijuana to prepare topical or oral administrations, food, drink, or other product. If the context requires, Retail Marijuana includes Retail Marijuana Concentrate and Retail Marijuana Product.
Nevada Gaming Authorities means, collectively, the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, and the Xxxxx County Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board.
Conduct of Business Regulations means the directions issued by the Bank from time to time on Fair Practices Code and Know Your Customer.
Marijuana or "marihuana" means all parts of the plant Cannabis, whether growing or not, with a THC concentration greater than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; the seeds thereof; the resin extracted from any part of the plant; and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds or resin. The term does not include the mature stalks of the plant, fiber produced from the stalks, oil or cake made from the seeds of the plant, any other compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the mature stalks (except the resin extracted therefrom), fiber, oil, or cake, or the sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination.
IGRA means the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act of 1988, P.L. 100-497, 25 U.S.C. Sections 2701, et seq., as it may be amended from time to time, and all regulations of the NIGC promulgated thereunder.
Gambling device means a mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic device, machine, slot
Liquor means beverages that are intended for human consumption containing over 1% alcohol by volume (e.g., spirits, wine, liqueur, coolers, cider or beer).
Class III Gaming means Class III Gaming as defined in the IGRA.
Conduct Regulations means the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003;
Gaming Laws means those laws pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulation, licensing, permit, investigatory, or enforcement authority over Gaming or Gaming activities or operations within any jurisdiction.
Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);
Sanctions Laws and Regulations means any sanctions, prohibitions or requirements imposed by any executive order (an “Executive Order”) or by any sanctions program administered by OFAC.
These regulations means 9VAC5-10 (General Definitions) through 9VAC5-80 (Permits for Stationary Sources).
