Gaming Facility Operator definition

Gaming Facility Operator means the Tribal Enterprise designated by the Nation as having the authority and responsibility for conducting Gaming Activities within the Nation.
Gaming Facility Operator means the Tribal Gaming Enterprise or such other wholly owned Tribal entity having full authority and responsibility for the operation and management of Gaming Activities on Tribal Lands.
