Gaming Authority definition

Gaming Authority means those national, state, local and other governmental, regulatory and administrative authorities, agencies, boards, commissions and officials responsible for or involved in the regulation and control of Gaming or Gaming activities or operations in any jurisdiction.
Gaming Authority means any of the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, the Xxxxx County Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board and any other Governmental Authority and/or regulatory authority or body or any agency which has, or may at any time after the Closing Date have, jurisdiction over the gaming activities or the sale or distribution of liquor at any of the Properties, or any successor to any such authority.
Gaming Authority has the meaning set forth in the Equityholders Agreement.

Gaming Authority means any agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any nature whatsoever of the United States federal or a foreign government, any state, province or any city or other political subdivision or otherwise, and whether now or hereafter in existence, or any officer or official thereof, including the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, the Louisiana Gaming Board and any other applicable gaming regulatory authority with authority to regulate any gaming operation (or proposed gaming operation) that is (or is proposed to be) owned, managed or operated by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Gaming Authority means the Nevada Gaming Commission, the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, the New Jersey Casino Control Commission or any similar commission or agency which has, or may at any time after the date of this Indenture have, jurisdiction over the gaming activities of the Company or a subsidiary of the Company or any successor thereto.
Gaming Authority means any Governmental Authority with the power to regulate gaming in any Gaming Jurisdiction, and the corresponding Governmental Authorities with responsibility to interpret and enforce the laws and regulations applicable to gaming in any Gaming Jurisdiction.
