Gaming Authorities definition

Gaming Authorities means any foreign, federal, state or local governmental entity or authority, or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, court or instrumentality thereof, regulating gaming activities or related activities.
Gaming Authorities means, collectively, (i) the Nevada Gaming Commission, (ii) the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, (iii) the Xxxxx County Liquor and Gaming Licensing Board, and (iv) any other foreign, federal, state or local governmental entity or authority, or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, court or instrumentality thereof, regulating gaming activities or related activities.
Gaming Authorities means all international, national, foreign, domestic, federal, state, provincial, regional, local, tribal, municipal and other regulatory and licensing bodies, instrumentalities, departments, commissions, authorities, boards, officials, tribunals and agencies with authority over or responsibility for the regulation of Gaming within any Gaming Jurisdiction.

  • All Persons Owning or Controlling Securities shall comply with all applicable Gaming Laws, including any provisions of such Gaming Laws that require such Person to file applications for Gaming Licenses with, and provide information to, the applicable Gaming Authorities.

Gaming Authorities means, in any jurisdiction in which Melco Crown Macau (or any other operator of the casino including the Sponsors or any of their Affiliates) or the Parent Guarantor or any of its Subsidiaries manages or conducts any casino, gaming business or activities, the applicable gaming board, commission, or other governmental gaming regulatory body or agency which (a) has, or may at any time after issuance of the Notes have, jurisdiction over the gaming activities of Melco Crown Macau (or any other operator of the casino including the Sponsors or any of their Affiliates) or the Parent Guarantor or any of its Subsidiaries, or any successor to such authority or (b) is, or may at any time after the issuance of the Notes be, responsible for interpreting, administering and enforcing the Gaming Laws.
Gaming Authorities means, in any jurisdiction in which Borrower, Senior Mezzanine Borrower, Mortgage Borrower, Operating Company or any of their respective subsidiaries manages or conducts any casino, gaming business or activities, the applicable gaming board, commission, or other governmental gaming regulatory authority, body or agency which (a) has, or may at any time after the Closing Date have, jurisdiction over the gaming activities at any of the Properties or any successor to such authority or (b) is, or may at any time after the Closing Date be, responsible for interpreting, administering and enforcing the Gaming Laws.
