Gainful occupation definition

Gainful occupation means those types of general occupations that provide wages that:

Gainful occupation means the carrying on of or employment in any profession, trade, business or other vocation in or in relation to the Islands and, for the purposes of Part V, a person so engaged is deemed to be working for gain or reward unless the contrary is proved;

Gainful occupation means:

Gainful occupation means those types of general occupations that pay wages equivalent to, or greater than, the state mandated hourly minimum wage.
