Examples of Gainful occupation in a sentence
Gainful occupation, during Partial Disability, means an occupation which:a) You are reasonably fitted for by training, education or experience; andb) provides or can be expected to provide You with Current Earnings at least equal to Your Gross Monthly Benefit within 12 months of Your return to work.
Gainful occupation means an occupation, including self- employment, that is or can be expected to provide you with an income equal to at least 60% of your indexed monthly earnings within 12 months of your return to work.
Gainful occupation means an occupation that within 12 months of your return to work is or can be expected to provide you with an income that is at least equal to 60% of your annual earnings in effect just prior to the date your disability began.
Gainful occupation taken up in accordance with the terms of this Agreement shall neither entitle the con- cerned member of the family to continue to reside in the receiving State nor shall it entitle the aforesaid member of the family to remain in such occupation or to enter into any other gainful occupation in the receiving State after the authorization has been terminated.
