FX Services definition

FX Services means the service provided by RBCIS to the Customer by executing FX Transactions with the Customer either (i) under a Standing Mandate Trade Instruction; or (ii) on a direct order basis through one of the acceptable means of communications set out herein;

Examples of FX Services in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by Applicable Regulations, in no event shall RBCIS be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special losses or damages arising from this Agreement or the performance or non-performance of FX Services hereunder, including, without limitation, damages for economic loss and loss of opportunity, even if RBCIS has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

  • Accordingly, FCA regulatory protections do not apply to your use of the FX Services.

  • In particular, you may not be entitled to refer a complaint in relation to the FX Services to the FOS as envisaged in Clause 12.

Related to FX Services

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.
