Futures Representative definition

Futures Representative means R. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, the Legal Representative for Future Asbestos Personal Injury Claimants, appointed by order of the Bankruptcy Court dated February 18, 2004, and any successor to him.

Futures Representative means the Person appointed by the Bankruptcy Court to represent the rights and interests of the Unknown Asbestos Claimants, who shall be R. Scott Williams, Esquire, or such other individual appointed by the Bankruptcy Court, pursuant to section 524(g) of the Bankruptcy Code.

Futures Representative means Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, the successor to the Legal Representative of the Future Claimants against the Trust appointed pursuant to the Second Amended and Restated Plan of Reorganization of the Company or any of his successors in such capacity.
