Funeral and burial means those ac- tivities involved in the disposition of the remains of a deceased victim, in- cluding preparation of the body and body tissue, refrigeration, transpor- tation, cremation, procurement of a final resting place, urns, markers, flow- ers and ornamentation, costs related to memorial services, and other reason- ably-associated activities, including travel for not more than two family members.
