Funds Collateral definition

Funds Collateral means all Funds Collateral as defined in the Receivables Purchase Agreements that secures a Receivable sold to Funding pursuant to such Receivables Purchase Agreements.
Funds Collateral means, to the extent allocable to a Receivable sold to Funding under this Agreement, (a) the Deposit Account and the Funds; (b) each Deposit Document, including, without limitation, all monies due or to become due to Capital One under or in connection with such related Deposit Document, and all rights, remedies, powers, privileges, benefits and claims of Capital One under or with respect to such related Deposit Document (whether arising pursuant to the terms of such related Deposit Document or otherwise available at law or in equity); (c) all guarantees, indemnities, warranties, insurance policies and proceeds and premium refunds and other arrangements of whatever character from time to time under or with respect to the Funds, the Secured Account, the Deposit Account or the Deposit Documents; (d) all other security interests or liens from time to time purporting to secure an Obligor’s obligations under or with respect to the Secured Account; and (e) all substitutions for and proceeds of any of the foregoing.

  • U.S. Collateral means the “Collateral” (or any equivalent term) as defined in the U.S. Security Agreement or any other applicable U.S. Security Document, together with any other assets (whether Real Property or personal property) pledged pursuant to any U.S. Security Document.
