Funding Trust II. National Auto Funding Trust II, a Delaware business trust. Governmental Authority: (a) Any federal, state, county, municipal or foreign government, or political subdivision thereof, (b) any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, department, instrumentality or public body, (c) any court or administrative tribunal or (d) with respect to any Person, any arbitration tribunal or other non-governmental authority to the jurisdiction of which such Person has consented.

  • Funding Trust I shall be entitled to all payments received or receivable with respect to any Receivable sold and conveyed by Funding Trust II to Funding Trust I hereunder that are received on and after the Cut-off Date.

  • Owner Trust Estate means all right, title and interest of the Trust in and to the property and rights assigned to the Trust pursuant to Article II of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, all funds on deposit from time to time in the Trust Accounts and all other property of the Trust from time to time, including any rights of the Trust pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
