Funding Tranche definition

Funding Tranche means, at any time, each portion of the Funded Amount allocated to the same Fixed Period and accruing interest by reference to the same Funding Rate at such time.

Funding Tranche means one or more portions of the Aggregate Purchaser Funded Amount used to fund or maintain the VFN that accrue interest by reference to different interest rates.

Funding Tranche means one or more portions of the Aggregate Purchaser Funded Amount used to fund or maintain the Notes that accrue interest by reference to different interest rates.

• Prior to using any funds deposited by HI to satisfy a BSI Litigation Funding Obligation, BSI shall first use all of the Maximum Funding Proceeds from the Initial BSI Funding Tranche for such purpose.

• Prior to using any funds deposited by BSI with respect to the Second BSI Funding Tranche, HI shall use all funds deposited by HI with respect to the HI Funding Tranche.

• For Funding Tranches that accrue interest by reference to a commercial paper rate or the London interbank offered rate, a specified Fixed Period will be designated in the Note Purchase Agreement during which that Funding Tranche may accrue interest at a fixed rate.

More Definitions of Funding Tranche

Funding Tranche means, at any time, each portion of the Funded Amount funded by a specific Purchaser, allocated to the same Fixed Period and accruing interest by reference to the same Funding Rate at such time.

Funding Tranche means all or a portion of the outstanding principal balance of the Class A Note (i) designated by the Agent as a Funding Tranche for funding purposes by the Committed Purchaser or the Liquidity Purchaser (as the case may be) as provided for herein or in the Asset Purchase Agreement or (ii) funded by the Conduit Purchaser with Pooled Commercial Paper.
