Funding Rate definition

Funding Rate means any individual rate notified by a Lender to the Facility Agent pursuant to sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of Clause 10.3 (Cost of funds).
Funding Rate means for any Payment Period the rate per cent per annum which is the aggregate of the Base Rate for that Payment Period and the Margin;
Funding Rate means any individual rate notified by a Lender to the Facility Agent pursuant to Section 2.06(f).

Examples of Funding Rate in a sentence

  • If no such rate has been recommended within one U.S. Government Securities Business Day of the SOFR Index Cessation Event, then the Funding Corporation shall use the Overnight Bank Funding Rate appearing at 3:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the FRBNY’s website (“OBFR”) for any Reset Date after the SOFR Index Cessation Date (it being understood that the OBFR for any such Reset Date will be for transactions made on the related Determination Date).

  • If no such rate has been recommended within one U.S. Government Securities Business Day of the SOFR Index Cessation Event, then the Calculation Agent shall use the Overnight Bank Funding Rate published on the Federal Reserve’s Website for any Reset Date after the SOFR Index Cessation Date (it being understood that the Overnight Bank Funding Rate for any such Reset Date will be for trades made on the related Determination Date).

  • Interest is calculated at a daily fluctuating rate per annum equal to the sum of 0.10% plus the higher of the Federal Funds Effective Rate and the Overnight Bank Funding Rate, plus 1.25%.

  • Requested Cost = Project Cost x Funding Rate (as in call announcement).

  • Interest is charged to each fund, based on its borrowings, generally at a rate equal to the highest of one month LIBOR, the Federal Funds Effective Rate and the Overnight Bank Funding Rate, plus an agreed upon spread.

Funding Rate means any individual rate notified by a Lender to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the definition of Cost of Funds.
