Funding Party definition

Funding Party means any bank or other entity, if any, which is indirectly or directly funding Lender with respect to the Loan, in whole or in part, including, without limitation, any direct or indirect assignee of, or participant in, the Loan.

• The Company has not received any fund from any person(s) or entity(ies), including foreign entities (Funding Party) with the understanding (whether recorded in writing or otherwise) that the Company shall: (a) directly or indirectly lend or invest in other persons or entities identified in any manner whatsoever by or on behalf of the Funding Party (Ultimate Beneficiaries) or (b) provide any guarantee, security or the like on behalf of the Ultimate Beneficiaries.

• The total amount of funding by each Funding Party available for the call is given in table below.

• They are implemented through a coordinated funding scheme whereby each Funding Party will fund its own national scientific teams within a multilateral project (“Virtual Common Pot”, see as well page 7).

More Definitions of Funding Party

Funding Party. Any one, or more, or all, as the context shall require, of the Lessor and the Lease Participants collectively, the “Funding Parties”.
