Funding Obligation definition

Funding Obligation means, with respect to a particular Purchaser, an amount equal to the Common Share Offering Price multiplied by the number of Purchased Shares to be purchased by such Purchaser on the Closing Date pursuant to Section 2.01.

Funding Obligation has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Defaulting Lender.”

Funding Obligation means an amount equal to the Purchase Price multiplied by the number of Purchased Shares to be purchased by a Purchaser on the date hereof, as set forth opposite such Purchaser’s name on Schedule A.
