Funding Notes definition

Funding Notes means notes issued under the provisions of KRS 56.860 to 56.869 by the commission for the purpose of funding:

Funding Notes shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereof.

Funding Notes means the funding notes pursuant to which the Affiliated Physician Practices, as payors and obligors thereunder, owe certain dollar amounts to Seller or its Affiliates, as payee and oblige of the notes.

• The Administrator on behalf of the Issuer may direct the Issuer to apply such proceeds to reduce pro rata based on Invested Amounts, the VFN Principal Balance of any Classes of Variable Funding Notes, or to redeem any Series of Notes in accordance with Section 13.1. In the absence of any such direction, the proceeds of such sale shall be distributed to the Depositor or at the Depositor’s direction on the Issuance Date for the newly issued Notes.

• The Security Balance of the Variable Funding Notes in the aggregate may not exceed the Maximum Variable Funding Balance.

• In addition, on any Payment Date on which the Additional Balance Differential for such Payment Date if added to the aggregate Security Balance of the Variable Funding Notes (after application of any principal payments to be made thereon on such Payment Date) would cause the aggregate Security Balance thereof to exceed the Maximum Variable Funding Balance, then the Security Balance of one or more Certificates shall be increased by the amount of such excess.

• We hereby consent to the filing of this letter as an exhibit to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Global Funding and the Trust in connection with the issuance and sale of the Designated Notes and the Designated Funding Notes, incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement.

• The Purchaser shall use its best reasonable efforts to cause such registration statement to become effective with respect to such Capped Funding Notes as soon as practicable within a mutually agreed reasonable time period after the Seller's request.

More Definitions of Funding Notes

Funding Notes means the 10 1/4% Senior Secured Notes due 2003 issued in an original principal amount of $62,000,000 evidencing indebtedness of Funding and Borrower.

Funding Notes means notes issued under the provisions of Sections 1 to 11 of this Act by the commission with a final maturity of not more than ten (10) years for the purpose of funding judgments;
