  • By virtue of a Funding Deed of Charge dated 26 March 2001 between Granite Finance Funding Limited, Granite Mortgages 01-1 plc, the Security Trustee, the Mortgages Trustee, the Cash Manager, the Account Bank, the Funding GIC Provider, the Corporate Services Provider, the Start-Up Loan Provider (as amended and supplemented from time to time, the "FUNDING DEED OF CHARGE"), provision was made for the execution by the Principal of this Power of Attorney.

  • The Security Trustee has agreed to become a party to this Agreement for the better preservation and enforcement of its rights under this Agreement but shall have no responsibility for any of the obligations of, nor assume any liabilities to, the Cash Manager, the Funding GIC Provider or Funding hereunder.
