Funding Cycle definition

Funding Cycle means the period of time commencing with the Notice of Funding Availability or Notice of Credit Availability pursuant to this rule chapter and concluding with the issuance of allocations or loans to Applicants who applied during a given Application Period.
Funding Cycle means the period of time, as determined by the Department under OAR 581-027-0020 (2) (b), before and after a May or a November general election during which the Department will accept applications and issue commitments for State Matching Grants under the OSCIM Program.
