In the event any Borrower (a “ Funding Borrower ”) shall make any payment or payments under this Agreement or shall suffer any loss as a result of any realization upon any collateral granted by it to secure its obligations hereunder, such Funding Borrower shall have the right to seek contribution payments from each other Borrower (each, a “ Contributing Borrower ”) to the extent permitted by applicable law.
