Funded Purchase definition

Funded Purchase means (a) a Purchase that (i) is made pursuant to Section 1.2(b) or (ii) deemed to have been requested by Seller pursuant to Section 1.1(b), the proceeds of which are used to reimburse the LC Bank on behalf of Seller for a drawing under a Letter of Credit by the Seller and (b) a Participation Advance made by an LC Participant pursuant to Section 1.14(c).
Funded Purchase means a Purchase or deemed Purchase of undivided percentage ownership interests in the Purchased Interest under this Agreement which (a) is paid for in cash, including pursuant to Section 1.1(b) (other than through reinvestment of Collections pursuant to Section 1.4(b)) or (b) is treated as a Funded Purchase pursuant to Section 1.2(e).
