Funded Debt to EBITDA Ratio definition

Funded Debt to EBITDA Ratio means on any date the ratio of (a) Total Indebtedness to (b) EBITDA for the period of four consecutive Fiscal Quarters ended on such date (or, if such date is not the last day of a Fiscal Quarter, ended on the last day of the Fiscal Quarter most recently ended prior to such date).
Funded Debt to EBITDA Ratio means as of any date of determination thereof a ratio the numerator of which is Funded Debt as of such date and the denominator of which is EBITDA as of such date, determined on a consolidated basis for Company and its Consolidated Subsidiaries.
Funded Debt to EBITDA Ratio means the ratio of (i) Consolidated Funded Debt determined as of the last day of each fiscal quarter, to (ii) Consolidated EBITDA for the immediately preceding four consecutive fiscal quarters.
