Fund Sponsor definition

Fund Sponsor means the sponsor of the Fund.

Fund Sponsor means an insurance, variable annuity or investment company that provides Funding Vehicles available to Participants under this Plan.

Fund Sponsor means one or more companies or other entities which provide authorized Funding Vehicles for investment and recordkeeping of Participants’ Accounts.

• The Administrator shall take such steps as may be appropriate to coordinate the limitations on loans set forth in this Section 6.6, including the collection of information from Fund Sponsors, and transmission of information requested by any Fund Sponsor, concerning the outstanding balance of any loans made to a Participant under the Plan or any other plan of the Employer.

• The Fund Sponsor shall establish and maintain for the Participant a separate account for any eligible rollover distribution made to the Plan, including a separate account for any Xxxx amounts which are permitted to be rolled over or transferred to the Plan under this Section.

• The Administrator shall determine whether a financial hardship exists and the amount, if any, available for distribution from the Participant’s Account under the Plan in a uniform and non-discriminatory manner based on information supplied by the Participant, the Fund Sponsor and the Employer.

• Notwithstanding any provision of the Plan to the contrary that would otherwise limit a “Distributee’s” election under this Plan, a “Distributee” may elect, at the time and in the manner prescribed by the applicable Fund Sponsor, to have any portion of an “Eligible Rollover Distribution” paid directly to an “Eligible Retirement Plan” specified by the “Distributee” in a “Direct Rollover”.

• The Fund Sponsor is responsible for remitting contributions for each Participant to the applicable Fund Vehicle.

More Definitions of Fund Sponsor

Fund Sponsor means a life insurance company licensed to do business in the State of Mississippi, mutual fund company, or other company offering similar investments, or a subsidiary of, or a company affiliated with, or under common management with, such a company that provides funding vehicles available to participants under this Plan as designated by the Board.

Fund Sponsor means either the employer-sponsor of a superannuation fund (as defined in section 16 of the SIS Act) or, in the case of a Self -Managed Superannuation Fund, the individual or individuals who make, or ordinarily make, contributions to the Self-Managed Superannuation Fund.
