Fund Regulation definition

Fund Regulation means the document expected to be approved by the CMVM on or about the Closing Date pursuant to which the regulations relating to the Fund and certain other matters are specified;
Fund Regulation means a regulation executed by the Trustee pursuant to section 2.2 of this Master Declaration of Trust in respect of a Fund, as same may be supplemented, amended or restated from time to time;
Fund Regulation means the regulations relating to the Fund approved by the CMVM on or about 24 September 2003;
