Fund of Funds definition

Fund of Funds means a registered investment company or series of a Fund which is managed and administered by Service Company and which invests substantially all of its assets in shares of two or more Funds (or series thereof).
Fund of Funds means a fund set up with the objective of contributing support from a programme or programmes to several financial instruments. Where financial instruments are implemented through a fund of funds, the body implementing the fund of funds shall be considered to be the only beneficiary within the meaning of point 10 of this Article;
Fund of Funds means any private, for-profit limited partnership or limited liability company established by the Iowa capital investment corporation to which a designated investor commits to make a capital contribution.

More Definitions of Fund of Funds

Fund of Funds means a fund that acquires securities issued by any other investment company in excess of the amounts permitted under paragraph (A) of section 12(d)(1) of the Act (15 U.S.C. 80a-12(d)(1)(A)), but, for purposes of this Item, does not include a fund that acquires securities issued by another company solely in reliance on rule 12d1-1 under the Act (CFR 270.12d1- 1).
