Fund Obligations definition

Fund Obligations means the liabilities which the Legal Owner (or the Fund Manager, whether or not on behalf of the Legal Owner) assumes and/or incurs in its own name on behalf and for the account of the Fund;
Fund Obligations means: (a) the execution, delivery and performance of this Agency Agreement by a Fund; (b) the entering into and performance of the obligations arising under any Transaction or under the applicable Counterparty Agreement and (c) the entering into and performance of the obligations arising under any Investment entered into or made hereunder or under the applicable Counterparty Agreement.
Fund Obligations means the obligations which the Legal Owner assumes and/or incurs in its own name for the account and risk of the Participants in connection with the Fund.

  • Revenue and other Special Fund Obligations Debt secured by the County’s enterprise funds and certain other special funds can also be issued without voter approval.

More Definitions of Fund Obligations

Fund Obligations means the obligations which the Fund assumesand/or incurs for the account and risk of the Unitholders. “Investment Restrictions” means the investment restrictions to be observed by the Fund Manager as set forth in Section 3.2 of this Prospectus. “Investment Strategy” means the investment strategy to be observed by the Fund Manager as set forth in Section 3.1 of this Prospectus. "Management Fee" means the fee due by the Fund to the Fund Manager as remuneration for its management of the Fund as set forth in Section 9.2.3 of this Prospectus. “Net Asset Value” means the balance, expressed in EUR, of the fair value of the Fund Assets minus the value of the Fund Obligations, as determined based on the accounting and valuation principles of the Fund as set forth in Section 10.1 of this Prospectus. “Net Capital Appreciation” means for each Class with respect to any calendar month, the positive difference, if any, between (i) the Start Value of the relevant Units of such Class of such month; and (ii) the End Value of the relevant Units of such Class of such month. "Net Proceeds" means all dividends and interest and all divestment, redemption and other income and proceeds of the Fund, net of taxes, fees, costs and other charges to be borne by the Fund, and after payment of or making reasonable reservation for any obligations and expenses of the Fund. “Ordinary Consent” means the written consent of Unitholders together representing more than 50% of the issued and outstanding Units. “Organisational Expenses” means all costs incurred in connection with theformation of the Fund and the STAK as further set forth in Section 9 of this Prospectus.
