Fund Documents definition

Fund Documents those documents prepared by the Fund that, pursuant to Rule 498(e)(1), must be publicly accessible, free of charge, at the Web site address specified on the cover page or at the beginning of the Summary Prospectus.
Fund Documents means the constitutive and governing documents, subscription agreements and other agreements of a Fund specifying the terms and conditions relating to the related Fund Interest, as amended from time to time.
Fund Documents means, with respect to the Fund, if any, irrespective of the actual designation and in each case in the respective valid version, the prospectus, the investment conditions, the articles of association or memorandum and all other documents of the Fund which specify the terms and conditions of the Fund and the Fund Shares.

Fund Documents means with respect to a Fund, the then-current limited partnership agreement, limited liability company agreement, operating agreement, shareholders’ agreement, memorandum and articles of association, or similar governing document governing the operations of any entities that comprise such Fund, the then-current Advisory Agreements, managed account agreements, sponsorship and/or other agreements in respect of the management thereof, as amended from to time to time, as well as the then-current offering memorandum (if any) of such Fund.
Fund Documents means, in respect of the Fund, the offering documents, the constitutive and governing documents, subscription agreements and other agreements of the Fund specifying the terms and conditions of an investment in a Fund Share (including any document supplementing, amending or restating the same) all as determined by the Index Administrator.
