Fund Administration Services means the services described in Schedule 1. “Fund(s)” means shares of beneficial interest in the Customer that are divided into a separate series, with each series of the Customer corresponding to a distinct part of the assets and liabilities of the Customer, with such features as described in the Registration Statement. “Instruction” means an instruction that has been verified in accordance with a Security Procedure or, if no Security Procedure is applicable, which J.P. Related to Fund Administration Services

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Distribution Services means services related to the distribution of electricity and the services the Board has required distributors to carry out, for which a charge or rate has been approved by the Board under section 78 of the Act.
