Fully Compliant definition

Fully Compliant means an implementation of all portions of the Wireless Power Specifications required for a specific Product Type of Licensed Product, that has passed the applicable compliance testing procedures set forth in section 4.

Fully Compliant means: (a) an implementation of the Final Specification which supports or implements all of the portions of the Final Specification defined by the Final Specification as being “Required”; or (b) an implementation of all portions of the Final Specification required for a specific type of product or component thereof.

Fully Compliant means an implementation of all portions of an Approved Zhaga Specification, required for a Product, such that the Product has passed the applicable compliance testing procedures set forth in section 4, and conforms to the Zhaga Logo Guidlines.

Examples of Fully Compliant in a sentence

• Licensee and/or its Affiliated Companies may continue the distribution and/or sales of the Non-Compliant Product for an additional sixty (60) days, provided that a prominent warning is attached to each Non-Compliant Product or on the packaging of each Non-Compliant Product, stating explicitly that such Non-Compliant Product is not Fully Compliant and may not work correctly in combination with other Products carrying the Zhaga Logo.

• If a Fully Compliant Product fails to comply with the HDR10+ Specification, use of the Certification Mark on or in connection with the Licensee Materials for such Fully Compliant Product will constitute a Material Breach of this Agreement.

• If a Fully Compliant Product displays the Certification Mark, it means that a representative sample of the Fully Compliant Product met the HDR10+ Specifications under which compliance was sought.

• Licensee will obtain adequate representations and warranties of compliance with the HDR10+ Specifications from each manufacturer, seller or distributor of each Fully Compliant Product with respect to which Licensee desires to create and use Licensee Materials.

• Licensee may not use the Certification Mark in connection with any Fully Compliant Product that has been modified by Licensee or any other party after distribution by the manufacturer of the Fully Compliant Product.

More Definitions of Fully Compliant

Fully Compliant means the functionality required is currently in the proposed product in a live environment with customers.

Fully Compliant means: (a) an implementation of a FINAL SPECIFICATION which supports or implements all of the portions of that FINAL SPECIFICATION defined by that FINAL SPECIFICATION as being "Required"; or (b) an implementation of an optional portion of a FINAL SPECIFICATION or optional FINAL SPECIFICATION which supports all elements defined by that FINAL SPECIFICATION as being "Required"; and, in each instance, (c) an imple- mentation of all portions of a FINAL SPECIFICATION and OTHER OUTPUT required for a spe- cific type of product or component thereof.

Fully Compliant means: (a) an implementation of a FINAL SPECIFICATION which supports or implements all of the portions of that FINAL SPECIFICATION defined as being "Required", or (b) an implementation of all portions of a FINAL SPECIFICATION required for a specific type of product or component thereof; in either case, such implementation shall be able to pass all applicable COMPLIANCE TESTS that are adopted by OSGi and licensed to the implementor for such FINAL SPECIFICATION.

Fully Compliant means communicates according to the System Management Bus defined in the SPECS.
