Full Week definition

Full Week means Monday through Friday including breaks from the Core Program schedule.
Full Week or ‘Week” when used in connection with the period of lay-off means a period of lay-off equivalent to a work week, or (ii) a work week for which an employee shall have been scheduled or offered work for less than twenty hours, including hours paid for but not worked, and “full week of lay-off’ shall include such week, or (iii) with respect to a Short Week Benefit payable to an employee, a work week during which the Compensated or Available Hours (as in Article XII, Section total less than the number of hours in his Standard Work Week, but not to exceed forty provided, however, that if there is a difference between the starting time of a full week and of a week under the Unemployment Insurance system, the full week shall be paired with the week under the Unemployment Insurance system which corresponds most closely thereto in time. Each week within a continuous period of lay-off does not constitute a new separate lay-off.
Full Week means any five (5) days worked. For purposes of this definition a paid holiday, specified in Article 21 shall be considered a day worked provided the work day immediately preceding and following the holiday is either worked or is a day of vacation or authorized leave;

More Definitions of Full Week

Full Week or "Week" when used in connection with a period of layoff means a Work Week for which an Employee shall not receive pay from the Company sufficient in amount to disqualify him for a Benefit under the Plan.
