Full Deliverability definition

Full Deliverability means (a) the interconnection of the Facility to the MISO transmission system with NRIS and ERIS for the full Delivery Term each in an amount equal to at least the Final Capacity, (b) deliverability of at least the Final Capacity on a firm network resource basis to the Energy Financial Delivery Point for the full Delivery Term, and

Full Deliverability means that each of the following requirements has been satisfied (and continues to be satisfied as of the date of the Closing): (i) the Project is interconnected to the EML Transmission System; (ii) the Project has in place ERIS from MISO in a quantity equal to at least the Minimum ERIS and NRIS from MISO in a quantity equal to at least the Minimum NRIS, in each case, for the life of the Project; (iii) the Project has full deliverability of at least the Minimum NRIS from the Project to Buyer’s load on a firm network resource basis for the life of the Project, and (iv) the Project is qualified and recognized by XXXX as a firm network resource and, if sought, a Capacity Resource (as defined in the MISO Rules), with the deliverability described in clause (ii) of this definition. For the avoidance of doubt, “Full Deliverability” requires the completion, testing, and permanent entry into service of the interconnection, deliverability, and transmission upgrades or improvements, and fulfillment and compliance with other terms required under the Required Deliverability Arrangements for the Project to achieve “Full Deliverability” as defined herein.

Related to Full Deliverability

  • Locational Deliverability Area or “LDA” shall mean a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.

  • Custom Deliverable means the Work Product that Contractor is required to deliver to the State Entity under this Contract.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • Text messaging means reading from or entering data into any handheld or other electronic device, including for the purpose of short message service texting, e-mailing, instant messaging, obtaining navigational information, or engaging in any other form of electronic data retrieval or electronic data communication. The term does not include glancing at or listening to a navigational device that is secured in a commercially designed holder affixed to the vehicle, provided that the destination and route are programmed into the device either before driving or while stopped in a location off the roadway where it is safe and legal to park.

  • Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.
