Full Day Off definition

Full Day Off means 24 hours from 12 midnight to 12 midnight.
Full Day Off means a period of 24 hours from the conclusion of ordinary hours on one rostered shift to the commencement of ordinary hours on another rostered shift.
Full Day Off means 20 hours clear, off duty, from the time an employee ceases work, regardless of whether this is the employee's ordinary shift or associated overtime.

  • Accrued Day Off means the paid day off accruing to an employee resulting from an entitlement to the 38 hour week as prescribed in Clause 6. - Hours of Duty, Overtime and On Call, in this award.

  • Rostered Day Off means any day (other than a "Non-working Day" as defined) upon which an employee is not rostered to work any ordinary hours of work: provided that an employee's rostered day off shall be a period of twenty-four hours commencing from the completion of an ordinary-hours work period. 7. - CONTRACT OF SERVICE (1) Subject to sub-clauses (7) and (8) of this clause, an employer must not terminate an employee's employment unless:

  • lay-off means the termination of an employee's employment because of lack of work or because of the discontinuance of a function;

  • School Days means days when school is in session for students.

  • Payday means the regular and recurring established day for payment of Compensation to an Employee of the Company or any Designated Subsidiary.

  • Day/Days means calendar days, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

  • Full year refers to the ordinary period of employment for the position.

  • School day means any day or partial day that students are in attendance at school for instructional purposes.

  • Bill Date The date when a CenturyLink service is billed and/or invoiced to a customer. The Bill Date is generally the date one (1) Day past the billing cycle close date and will appear on any such bill or invoice.

  • Minimum Monthly Payment for any Mortgage Loan and any month means the minimum amount required to be paid by the related mortgagor in that month.

  • Month means calendar month.

  • Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.

  • Full-time employee means an employee who is normally required to work the basic hours of work.

  • Paid sick leave – means paid leave under the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.

  • Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).

  • Full-time job means a job performed by an individual for 35 hours or more each week and whose income and social security taxes are withheld by 1 or more of the following:

  • Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.

  • Arrears for this purpose means, in respect of a Loan, on any date that two or more Monthly Payments have become due and remain unpaid by the relevant Borrower, and this reporting line relates to repurchases under clause 8.11 of the Mortgage Sale Agreement.

  • Full-time student means a person attending or undertaking a full-time course of study and includes a student on a sandwich course;

  • Disbursement Period means the period during which Grant Funds may be disbursed.

  • New business premium rate means, for each class of business as to a rating period, the lowest premium rate charged or offered, or which could have been charged or offered, by the small employer carrier to small employers with similar case characteristics for newly issued health benefit plans with the same or similar coverage;

  • Open Enrollment Period means an enrollment period during which time any Eligible Employee and/or Dependent may apply to become a Subscriber and/or Covered Dependent, and existing Subscribers may apply to change to another provider network or coverage option, if available, or elect to terminate coverage.

  • Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by the Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the services of Construction Manager’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project. A Monthly Salary Rate must be established for each salaried person and must be approved in writing by the Owner in advance of any Application for Payment for that person. The Monthly Salary Rate is for convenience only and any payments made for Construction Manager’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by the Construction Manager for services performed for the Project.

  • Last day of paid employment means the last date employer and employee
