Full Completion definition

Full Completion shall occur when all of the Works have been fully completed including, without limitation when all materials, documentation (warranty, manuals, specifications) and equipment for the Works have been installed and provided. Xxxxxx shall provide the Participant notice of Full Completion. If the Participant disputes that Full Completion has occurred, it shall provide written notice to that effect to Xxxxxx, specifying the basis for disputing Full Completion. In the event of dispute regarding Full Completion, the Parties shall utilize the dispute resolution procedures in Article 9 to resolve the dispute.
Full Completion means that the system is complete and meets all criteria of the District.

For clarity, Full Completion or any obligation hereunder to Fully Complete shall not include any obligation in respect of any construction defects or failures, whether latent or patent, discovered or identified after the issuance of the Architect’s certificate of Substantial Completion except to the extent the same is described in the punch list appended to the Architect’s certificate of Substantial Completion, and except as otherwise provided by this Agreement, in no event shall Contributor have any continuing liability in respect of the Redevelopment following the issuance of such certificate except for punch list items described in the Architect’s certificate of Substantial Completion.

Related to Full Completion

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;

  • Full Notice to Proceed means that all material third party contractors have been given the notice to proceed with construction by the Capacity Market Seller or its agent, with a guaranteed completion date backed by liquidated damages.
