  • Fuji Xerox will not be liable for any infringement due to the Software being used in combination with equipment, software or supplies not provided by Fuji Xerox or a Fuji Xerox Authorized Channel.

  • You may not assign this Agreement or any rights and obligations to any third party without the express written permission of Fuji Xerox.

  • All rights, title and interest in and to the Software (including your backup copy) will at all times reside exclusively with Fuji Xerox and/or its licensors.

  • Fuji Xerox will have no obligation to provide any maintenance, technical support, modifications, updates, or upgrades to the Software unless you have paid the then current annual Software support fee and agreed to any additional terms and conditions therefor, in which case Fuji Xerox will provide maintenance releases which Fuji Xerox may make generally available to its customers who have acquired support for the Software.
