Fuel Handling definition

Fuel Handling means the sale or offer for sale (hereinafter, ‘sale’) of fuel released for consumption, as well as the transport, storage or provision of storage services with respect to fuel released for consumption, and the import, export or production of fuel;
Fuel Handling means the transportation, delivery, fueling, and drainage of fuel or fuel waste products.

  • InterMTA Traffic means traffic to or from WSP’s network that, at the beginning of the call, originates in one MTA and terminates in another MTA.

  • Wastewater treatment plant means a facility designed and constructed to receive, treat, or store waterborne or liquid wastes.

Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Transportation project means any project that the department is authorized by law to undertake including but not limited to a highway, tollway, bridge, mass transit, intelligent transportation system, traffic management, traveler information services, or any other project for transportation purposes.
