Fuel Equipment definition

Fuel Equipment means all fuel fixtures and equipment now attached to or used in connection with the Owned Real Properties and Leased Real Properties, including without limitation, all petroleum pumps and dispensers, underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks, canopies, fuel lines, fittings and connections used in the Ordinary Course of Business at the Owned Real Properties and Leased Real Properties to receive, store and/or dispense fuels.
Fuel Equipment means all fuel fixtures and equipment attached or affixed to, located at, or used or held for use in connection with the Station Properties, including all petroleum pumps and dispensers, dispenser pans or under-dispenser containers and overfill sumps, vapor recovery equipment, automatic tank gauges, leak detectors, underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks and associated piping, fuel lines, fittings and connections and other related equipment of Sellers used or held for use or located at the Station Properties.
Fuel Equipment has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).

Fuel Equipment means all fuel fixtures and equipment, including all petroleum pumps and dispensers, dispenser pans or under-dispenser containers and overfill sumps, vapor recovery equipment, automatic tank gauges, leak detectors, underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks and associated piping, canopies, point of sale systems, electronic price signs, fuel lines, fittings and connections and other related equipment primarily used or primarily held for use in connection with the Business or attached to or affixed to, located at, or used or held for use at any Business Real Property.
Fuel Equipment means all fuel fixtures and equipment now attached to or used in connection with the Locations, including without limitation, all petroleum pumps and dispensers, underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks, canopies, fuel lines, piping, fittings and connections used in the Ordinary Course of Business at the Locations to receive, store and/or dispense fuels, together with any additions, accessions, substitutions or proceeds thereof.
Fuel Equipment has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d). “Fuel Taxes” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(d). “Independent Auditor” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1. “Inventory” has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b). “Inventory Value” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • Medical equipment means equipment used in a patient care environment to support patient treatment and diagnosis.

  • Heavy equipment means such construction machinery as backhoes, treaded tractors, dump trucks, and front-end loaders.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Company Equipment means all equipment supplied by the Company to the Contractor, to use in the performance of the Work and which is specified in the Contract as “Company Equipment”.
