FTE Position definition

FTE Position means a full-time equivalent position where full-time means the provision of a minimum of [NTD: To be completed when the Agreement is drafted, such as hours, vacation and permissible leaves if applicable.]
FTE Position or “FTE” means one Full-Time Position filled by an individual working at the Property under contract or as an employee for Company a combined total of at least (i) 2080 hours for a day shift; or (ii) 1,872 hours for a second shift, during a calendar year.
FTE Position or “FTE” means one or more positions filled by individuals scheduled to work at the Improvements for a combined total of at least 2080 hours, including any paid time off, during an Employment Period.

FTE Position or “FTE” means a position filled by individuals scheduled to work at the Improvements for a combined total of at least 2,080 hours during an Employment Period.
