FTE Costs definition

FTE Costs means the product of (a) the number of FTEs (proportionately, on a per-FTE basis) used by a Party or its Affiliates in directly performing activities assigned to such Party under and in accordance with the Global Development Plan, the Follow-On Research Plan, the Medical Affairs Plan, the Manufacturing Plan, the Quality Agreement, any Global Commercialization Plan or any Regional Commercialization Plan, as applicable, and (b) the FTE Rate.
FTE Costs means, with respect to a Party for any period, the applicable FTE Rate multiplied by the applicable number of FTEs of such Party performing Development, Commercialization or Manufacturing activities during such period in accordance with the applicable Development Plan and Co-Promotion Plan.
FTE Costs means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs in such period. FTEs will be pro-rated on a daily basis if necessary.

Examples of FTE Costs in a sentence

  • Each Party shall, and shall cause its Affiliates to, keep complete and accurate books and records pertaining to Net Sales and any reimbursable FTE Costs or Out-of-Pocket Costs hereunder in sufficient detail to calculate all amounts payable hereunder.

  • The R&D Budget shall be as outlined in the Work Plan and Project Plans, and shall only include C4T’s anticipated (a) FTE Costs and (b) Out-of-Pocket Costs for each Project.

  • Such forecast will include the summary of each of the total FTE Costs and total Non-Labor Costs estimated for such [***].

  • C4T shall provide MKDG with support and assistance as reasonably requested by MKDG to supplement the transfer of the C4T Technology, and such FTE Costs and Out-of-Pocket Costs of such assistance shall be included in the R&D Budget and reimbursed by MKDG in accordance with Section 3.5. 3.9.


More Definitions of FTE Costs

FTE Costs for a given period means the FTE Rate multiplied by the total FTEs (proportionately, on a per-FTE basis) directly engaged, in the particular period, in the performance of activities pursuant to the Collaboration Plan;
FTE Costs means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs in such period.
FTE Costs means the FTE Rate multiplied by the applicable number of FTEs who perform a specified activity pursuant to this Agreement.
FTE Costs means, for any Contract Quarter, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of hours of service spent in that quarter by employees of Celgene or Acceleron, or their respective Affiliates, working directly on the Development or Commercialization of a Licensed Product.
FTE Costs means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs who perform a specified activity under this Agreement. FTEs will be pro-rated on a daily basis if necessary.
FTE Costs means, with respect to a Party for any period, the applicable FTE Rate multiplied by the applicable number of FTEs of such Party performing the applicable activity described hereunder during such period.
