FSC Rules definition

FSC Rules means the Financial Services Commission Rules made by the Commission under section 93;
FSC Rules means rules made under section 155;
FSC Rules means the Rules, Directives, Regulations, Guidance notes of the Mauritius Financial Services Commission in Mauritius;

  • The Commission shall not be bound to accept late payment of annual fees where the payment is effected after such time as may be specified in FSC Rules.

More Definitions of FSC Rules

FSC Rules means rules issued by the Commission under this Act;
FSC Rules means the rules of the FSC as from time to time varied, amended or substituted by the FSC and, where an account is opened via a branch office of Velocity, includes the rules governing the conduct of business in the specific jurisdiction in which that branch office is located;

FSC Rules means the applicable EU Directives and Regulations, local Laws and Ordinances, ESMA and FSC Guidance notes, opinions or recommendations.
