Front End Application definition

Front End Application means a Graphical User Interface developed by a Member, orprovided by an ISV to a Member, or the Graphical User Interface provided to a Member by the Exchange as part of the ICE Platform. A Front End Application must at all times meet the Exchange's Conformance Criteria;

  • The API or the Front-end Application shall be deemed to be delivered by SEE Link when SEE Link makes the API or the Front-end Application available for download.

  • Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.
