Freight Terms means how freight will be charged under the contract.
Freight Terms. Contractor shall ship all products F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid. Freight costs must be listed as a separate line item on all invoicing. All freight costs for shipments to the closest appropriate shipping port for Alaska must be included in the product price offered to the participating entity. The port selected for shipping product to Alaska will be located in the state of Washington. Under no circumstances will the contractor increase their profit margin through shipping charges to Alaska.
