Free Trial definition

Free Trial means a temporary subscription to the Services for which no Fees are charged, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Free Trial means any AudtiBoard service or functionality that AuditBoard makes available to Customer to try at Customer’s option, at no additional charge, and which is clearly designated as “beta,” “trial,” “pre-GA,” “pilot,” “developer preview,” “free trial,” “evaluation,” “proof of concept (POC),” “sandbox” or by a similar designation.
Free Trial means an instance of Licensor’s generally available Software provided to Licensee, for a limited term either for trial, evaluation or similar purposes.

  • There is no support or maintenance available in connection with a Free License or Free Trial (as those terms are defined in the Product Terms).

  • If the Customer requests a Free Trial, full access to the Platform and Services will be granted on an "as-is" basis.

More Definitions of Free Trial

Free Trial means the Service made available by MatchWare for testing purposes without any expense to You for a designated period of time. MatchWare reserves the right to determine the length of the trial period and to change the feature offering made available during such trial period. MatchWare reserves the right to charge You for specific customization of the trial version such as, but not limited to, user configuration and general setup. You will be notified by MatchWare if any customization fees apply.

Free Trial. SIPStation has the ability to allow customers to sign up for a free limited trial of SIPStation. While in Free Trial mode Customer’s total minute usage is limited but adequate to thoroughly test the phone service and will be configured with the indicated number of call paths (trunks) as displayed in Customer’s SIPStation module or in the store account. Many of the features are disabled during the trial period such as metered toll free and international service, failover services and others. The Free Trial account is NOT FOR production usage, it is for evaluation and has thus been limited to that purpose. If and when Customer converts a Free Trial account into a standard SIPStation account, all available features will become immediately accessible.
