Free Trade Date definition

Free Trade Date means, with respect to any Note, the date that is one (1) year after the Last Original Issue Date of such Note.
Free Trade Date means the date that is one year after the last date of original issuance of the Notes.

  • The Additional Interest will accrue from the due date of each such missed filing until the earlier of (i) the Free Trade Date and (ii) the date such failure to file is corrected.
