Free Issue Materials definition

Free Issue Materials means any equipment, parts or components or spares to be supplied by IOCL to the Vendor which are to be incorporated in any supply of Indigenous Material(s).

Free Issue Materials means any materials made available to the Seller by VICTREX free of charge for incorporation by the Seller into the Goods to be supplied to VICTREX;
