Free Exchange definition

Free Exchange means an exchange of a Commission Share of one Fund for a Commission Share of another Fund under circumstances where the CDSC which would have been payable in respect of a redemption of the exchanged Commission Share on the date of such exchange is waived and the Commission Share issued in such exchange is treated as a continuation of the investment in the Commission Share exchanged for purposes of determining the CDSC payable if such Commission Share issued in the exchange is thereafter redeemed.

"FREE SHARE" shall mean, in respect of any Fund, each Share of such Fund other than a Commission Share, including, without limitation: (i) Shares issued in connection with the automatic reinvestment of Capital Gain Dividends or Other Dividends by such Fund; (ii) Special Free Shares issued by such Fund; and (iii) Shares (or portion thereof) issued by such Fund in connection with an exchange whereby a Free Share (or portion thereof) of another Fund is redeemed and the Net Asset Value of such redeemed Free Share (or portion thereof) is invested in such Shares (or portion thereof) of such Fund.
Free Exchange means the exchange of Shares of one Sub-Fund for a Transfer Share or an External Share of another Sub-Fund.
