Franchise Payment definition

Franchise Payment means, in relation to any Reporting Period, the amount determined in accordance with paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 8.1 (Franchise Payments);
Franchise Payment has the meaning given in paragraph 3.7 of Part 1 of Schedule 6.1 (Committed Obligations);
Franchise Payment means: (a) in relation to any Reporting Period during the ICWC Period, the amount determined in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 8.1A (Franchise Payments); and (b) in relation to any Reporting Period during the Integrated Operator Period, the amount determined in accordance with paragraph 1.1 of Schedule 8.1B (Franchise Payments);
