Franchise Ordinance definition

Franchise Ordinance means this Ordinance granting a natural gas franchise to the Company.
Franchise Ordinance means this Ordinance No. GF-2584 granting a natural gas franchise to the Grantee.
Franchise Ordinance means this ordinance passed to grant the franchise to Franchisee. This ordinance shall operate as a grant of permission by the City for Franchisee to utilize the City’s public right-of-ways and to operate its facilities in the City as defined herein. Franchise Ordinance means this ordinance passed to grant the telecommunications franchise to franchisee. This ordinance shall operate as an agreement or contract between the City and franchisee and shall be subject to the laws of the State of Kansas.
